\n Our two dogs recently had a weeks stay ,they are very happy to arrive at Merrylegs where the staff give them a lot of love and care.They came home lovely and clean and shiny,having been given routine baths and blow dries.We can recommend Merrylegs to all caring pet owners.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Aten\u00e7\u00e3o, porque neste hotel, recebem animais que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o vacinados com vacina da tosse do canil, podendo contagiar outros animais. No meu caso apenas me informaram que as vacinas poderiam n\u00e3o estar conforme, no dia seguinte ao deixar l\u00e1 a minha cadela, quando j\u00e1 n\u00e3o tinha possibilidades de a ir buscar, e tentando assim desresponsabilizar-se do sucedido e de qualquer ocorr\u00eancia.\r\nAttention, because in this hotel, they receive animals that are not vaccinated with kennel cough vaccine, and can infect other animals. In my case, they just informed me that the vaccines might not be ok, the next day when I left my dog there, when I no longer had the chance to pick her up, and thus trying to take responsibility for what happened and for any occurrence.\n <\/div>\n
Hello firstly what you have written is not true and i believe very unfair, the confusion with Safari's vaccines was that the kennel cough number was circled but the stamp for the vaccine wasn't there. We had specified in an email at time of booking exactly what was required including the kennel cough, this is your responsibility to check with your vet. At drop off the gentleman that dropped her off confirmed the kennel cough by pointing at the circled number but no vaccine batch number was there. We then checked with our vet who agreed that without a batch number recorded in vaccine book a kennel cough vaccine couldn't be confirmed. We then contacted you to let you know this and that we could not accept any responsibility if Safari contracted kennel cough. At no time was there any risk to the other dogs staying at Merrylegs as they were all fully vaccinated, the only risk was to Safira as all the other dogs were vaccinated and she was at very low risk. Safira enjoyed her stay and we believe left very happy and healthy .\r\nHere at Merrylegs the care and well being of our clients animals is very important to us and we take every possible measure to prevent any illness, which is why we ask for the vaccine at time of booking as standard.\r\nThis situation in my opinion was a misunderstanding and a confusion. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOl\u00e1, salientamos que o escreveu n\u00e3o corresponde \u00e0 verdade e acreditamos ser muito injusto. Verificou-se uma confus\u00e3o com as vacinas da Safira pois no boletim de vacinas o n\u00famero que corresponde \u00e0 tosse do canil estava assinalado, mas a vinheta da vacina n\u00e3o estava l\u00e1.\r\n\r\nAquando da marca\u00e7\u00e3o da sua reserva especificamos por e-mail tudo o que era exactamente necess\u00e1rio, incluindo a tosse do canil, sendo da sua responsabilidade verificar com seu veterin\u00e1rio se as vacinas por n\u00f3s solicitadas est\u00e3o em dia.\r\n\r\nO check-in foi efectuado por um Senhor que nos confirmou que a Safira tinha a vacina da tosse do canil apontando para o n\u00famero assinalado no boletim de vacinas, e como j\u00e1 referido o n\u00famero de lote da vacina (vinheta) n\u00e3o se encontrava no boletim. Em seguida, verificamos com nosso veterin\u00e1rio que concordou que sem um n\u00famero de lote registrado no livro de vacinas, a vacina para tosse do canil n\u00e3o poderia ser confirmada, pelo que entramos em contacto consigo para inform\u00e1-la da situa\u00e7\u00e3o e que n\u00e3o poder\u00edamos aceitar nenhuma responsabilidade se o Safira contra\u00edsse a tosse do canil, apesar de que em nenhum momento houve risco para os outros c\u00e3es que estavam na Merrylegs, pois todos estavam totalmente vacinados, o que colocou a Safira num risco muito m\u00ednimo.\r\n\r\nSafira aproveitou a estadia e acreditamos que saiu muito feliz e saud\u00e1vel.\r\n\r\nPara a Merrylegs, o cuidado e o bem-estar dos animais dos nossos clientes s\u00e3o muito importantes para n\u00f3s e tomamos todas as medidas poss\u00edveis para evitar qualquer doen\u00e7a, e \u00e9 por isso que \u00e9 nossa politica solicitar a vacina no momento da reserva.\r\n\r\nEsta situa\u00e7\u00e3o, na nossa opini\u00e3o, infelizmente deveu-se a uma m\u00e1 compreens\u00e3o e confus\u00e3o.\r\n\r\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n From our first encounter with the staff when we called in on an unannounced visit we were impressed with Merrylegs Pet Hotel. We immediately booked our dog in for a week and when we took him in he was welcomed and shown to his quarters. When we collected him he was happy and healthy and had clearly had a successful stay. \r\nOn previous visits to kennels he has lost weight but that wasn\u2019t the case when he stayed at Merrylegs. They also managed his medication really well. \r\nWe were very happy with our experience. \n <\/div>\n

\n Our two cats seemed happy and healthy when we picked them up and had obviously been well looked after. One of the cats has to have daily medication and this did not present any problem to Merrylegs. It would be great if they could provide a play area for cats as they do not have access to the outside. Merrylegs have mentioned that they are hoping to do this in the future and I think this would improve their stay, otherwise everything was very good and we thank the caring staff for making our cats comfortable and the ease of booking in and out.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n I took my Bichon Maltese to Merrylegs after looking around but going on other people\u2019s recommendation. The care was wonderful when I picked up Teddy he had a bath and looked very fluffy and clean. The kennels are spacious and exceptionally clean. What more could you want. \n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
